I have right to decline your commission request, if i'm not comfortable doing it.

I will not accepting commission based on full depscriptive text only, please provide at least one or two images with relevant information that needed for commission you want. Moodboard always be appreciated.

I have right to post and all my commission will be posted as my portfolio. (unless there is NDA requirement, cost may apply.)

Full Payment on Upfront esp. below <$150 purchase or YCH-type commission. (Unless I say otherwise while personal briefing)

NON-REFUNDABLE, client has no right to cancel commission after payment.

Down Payment(DP) only acceptable if you are returning client and purchasing above >$150 and DP you must pay is at least 55% from total.

Please complete the payment within 2 DAYS before weekdays end (max. 2 WEEKS), especially after sketch progress.

If within 2 DAYS to 2 WEEKS didn't complete your payment and proceed to ghosting me after 2 weeks, I have right to own and can do anything i want about the sketch pose, without telling or inform you about it. So, please be responsible when you commission me.

Detailed cost may available if any, +10% to +50% from Total Price depends on complexity.

Delayed Payments like above I will put you on my blacklist.

No Deadline, I will working on it according to my lineup queue and I love taking my time to make the best artwork result. (Even rush fee will available depending on condition, you must ask me first)

But I do have Soft deadline, the process will be within one month to two month (its only counted after sketch) it can be faster but I will always notify you if its more than that;

I may working on more than once commission in one time period.

File delivery will do via email.

Tracking progress you can check on Queue (Will redirect to my Trello)

Minor revision on sketch (max 2x), more than that it will charged per session revision start from +$5 depends on complexity.

NO MAJOR REVISION (ie. changed completely to different pose after sketch given), so please provide references like poses, color, character, etc. as fix and clear as possible. (Unless i still didn't working on you queue yet).

Do not claim you made the art, credit appreciated.

Copying, using my art for any NFT/Blockchain/AI activities are PROHIBITED.

As long as you the commissioner, feel free to repost your commission result as long as you credited me.

Every commission is for personal use.

Commission for monetized content (like stream, thumbnail, etc.) will charged around +50% ~ +150% from base price.

Private or NDA request commission will be charged +200% from total price.

Commercial use will charged +400% from total price.

Revision Allowed only on sketch process and coloring process (color revision only).

Checking request : Every Friday

I might seen uploading personal artwork outside commission work, to keep my sanity and preventing myself from burnout.
